Microsoft tilbyder deres kunder en gratis uddannelse i flere af deres produkter. Dette har tidligere været delt på flere platforme men nu samler microsoft systemerne så I som kunder ikke skal springe rundt mellem flere portaler, youTube mm.

- Afslut alle kurser man er i gang med på det den gamle e-lærings portal
- Fælge med på Dynamicsbloggen – der kommer mange gode nyheder om de ændringer der er på vej til Business Central

Dear Customer,
To simplify the customer training journey, Microsoft Business Applications is consolidating learning resources and retiring the e-learning on CustomerSource, on April 5th, 2019. Please check your e-learning dashboards in CustomerSource for courses you have started and want to complete. To earn certificates of completion, you must finish any “in-progress” courses by April 5th.
Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications courses are available on Microsoft Learn, a new free interactive, quick and fun way for customers, partners, the public, and Microsoft employees to learn Microsoft technologies! Microsoft Learn combines short step-by-step tutorials, browser-based interactive coding/scripting environments, and task-based achievements to provide technical audiences who want to learn Microsoft technologies, an interactive way to help them advance their technical skills. The Business Applications training catalog on Microsoft Learn continues to grow and evolve with the needs of the modern workforce. Visit Microsoft Learn for more details.
Courses on older Dynamics products that are still valid will be available for download on the “Dynamics 365 Downloadable E-learning Courses for Customers” blog on the Dynamics 365 Community on April 5th.

- How have customers been notified of this change?
Microsoft Business Applications is announcing this change on CustomerSource and on the legacy e-learning portal.
- What is happening to the Dynamics Software Assurance or Enhancement Plan e-learning Benefit?
As part of an effort to modernize and expand access to Microsoft learning and training resources, the current e-learning platform is being retired. Software Assurance or Enhancement Plan customers will be directed to Microsoft Learn or product-specific destinations for richer, more engaging, and more up-to-date materials.
- Why is Microsoft moving the access to courses?
Microsoft is consolidating websites to provide a better experience with quicker access to relevant courses, learning playlists to help guide learning, downloadable content that can be customized, and more.
- What will happen if a customer tries to access an e-learning course on CustomerSource after April 5th?
The legacy e-learning portal on CustomerSource will no longer be available, and you will not be able to launch the course.
- What happens if a customer doesn’t complete a course before the deadline of April 5th?
Courses will no longer be available on the legacy e-learning portal, and customers will no longer be able to download the course completion certificate.
- Where will customers be able to find courses after the transition?
Software Assurance e-learning customers will be able to access available courses on Dynamics Community and Microsoft Learn.
- Will SCORM files still be available?
SCORM files will be available in the Dynamics Community for legacy courses. A SCORM compliant player is included in each course download.
- What happens to the Dynamics Learning Portal (DLP)?
The training content that is currently available on the Dynamics Learning Portal is the same that will be published on the Dynamics 365 Downloadable e-learning Courses for Customers blog. Courses that are not being retired will be available on the Dynamics Community site without requiring authentication.
